Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb & Vacation Stays)

What is included in a short-term rental?

Our vacation rentals come fully furnished and include:

Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?

A professional cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. For longer stays, mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may require an additional fee.

Is parking included?

Parking availability varies by property. Some rentals include free parking, while others offer paid options nearby. Please check the listing details or contact us for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard Airbnb cancellation policy applies:

Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking (and at least 14 days before check-in).

50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before check-in.

No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.

We highly recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.

Are pets allowed?

All of our rentals have a no-pet policy due to building regulations. However, service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Are your rentals family-friendly?

Many of our properties offer Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, and other kid-friendly amenities upon request.

Can I host events or parties in the rental?

No, parties and events are not allowed in any of our rentals in compliance with local laws and HOA rules. Quiet hours must be respected at all times.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for long-term rentals. The amount varies by property.

Can I extend my stay?
